Shipping Notification

After your order has been packed and dispatched you will receive an email notification to let you know your order has been shipped

Standard Delivery

If your item is in stock, it will typically be packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Standard orders usually take between 2 to 3 working days. Delivery days include Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). This is a tracked service.

Express Delivery

Available for orders placed before 1pm. If your item is in stock, it will typically be packed and dispatched the same day. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Express delivery takes between 1 to 2 working days,. This is a tracked service.

Free Delivery

Available for orders over £50 and Standard Delivery service. See above for details.

Overseas Orders

Sensara ships to Europe and the Rest of the World using Royal Mail Airsure®. Postage costs vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. The exact delivery price will be calculated at the Checkout. Any orders shipping overseas, the customer is responsible for any customs and duty fees that may be incurred. 

Re-Delivery

If you know you will be out during delivery hours, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received. Undelivered orders that have been returned to Sensara will incur a re-delivery charge.
