Returns
Sensara has a 14-day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, then a refund or exchange is no longer possible. Because Sensara products are handmade we cannot refund products that have been opened.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it
All returns are at the customer's expense. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase so please include a note with your order number, email and postal address with your return..

Once received intact and in a re-sellable condition, your refund will be processed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that we have received your returned item and your refund has been approved. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method and it may take up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear in your bank account.
Gifts
If the item was purchased with a gift card, or as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will receive the return and credit notifications
